 Masterpiece Graphix offers the highest quality materials to our customers, be it paper, plastics, or metal. That’s why our coating process is the first to be HP Indigo Approved.
Every roll coated in Masterpiece Graphix’s facility is contact cleaned to 3 micron before coating to eliminate the slitter dust that distorts print quality and worries HP Indigo press users.
Masterpiece Graphix is the only digital coater capable of coating:
- Roll-to-Roll (up to 24 mils thick)
For Narrow Web 13-1/2 or less
- Roll-to-Sheet
- Sheet-to-Sheet (sheets up to 24 x 18"; 15 to 24 mils thick)
Treatment
Masterpiece Graphix Corona treats all materials with a propriety electronic frequency to assure excellent coating adhesion.
Drying
Masterpiece Graphix’s state-of-the-art, custom-designed drying units ensure products are completely dried and cured.
Rolling Wind
Masterpiece Graphix also uses the latest digital coating equipment, including computerized load cell tension controls essential for specialty and lightweight materials.
Traceability
Detailed records are maintained on every job for full-traceability on every roll or sheet of material. If a problem does develop with your material, we can trace it to the original manufacturer and determine exactly where the problem originated.
Packing
 Masterpiece Graphix’s attention to detail doesn’t stop when the roll comes off the coater; we take care to pack your product in a way that ensures maximum protection. Each skid is carefully marked with bright "DO NOT DOUBLE STACK" signs so that your material will not be damaged during the shipping process. Furthermore, we wrap each skid with custom MGXdigtal tape so you can immediately detect tampering on a skid prior to accepting the material from the shipper.
