Polycarbonate: MGX stocks several types of HP Indigo-compatible polycarbonate sheets, including 10 mil Velvet/Matte Makrofol® UV-1 Polycarbonate C1S (MGX-1089). Use of a polycarbonate formulated for UV resistance is essential for outdoor use, as yellowing will occur if the polycarbonate is not outdoor rated. This year’s Digital Solutions Cooperative of HP Indigo Users, or Dscoop7, is shaping up to be a dynamic and informative gathering of HP Indigo digital press users. This year’s conference will be held at the Gaylord National in Washington DC, March 22-24. HP Indigo users attending will get to see new HP Indigo announcements unveiled before Drupa, as well as learn from other Indigo users and industry luminaries. Masterpiece Graphix will be a Gold Partner at Dscoop7, across from the WS6000 in booth #229. MGX will be showcasing several innovative sheet and roll material solutions at the show that HP Indigo users can get excited about.
Masterpiece Graphix now offers premium pressure sensitive substrates with specialized adhesives via its partnership with 3M Commercial Graphics; several of these digitally-printed samples will be available at the MGX booth. A representative from 3M will be on hand for the duration of the show to answer your questions about specific materials and overlaminate options available via the MGX/3M Commercial Graphics partnership.
