New MGX Phone Extensions
|

 Contact Update
After a lightning strike in May that forced MGX to implement a
temporary phone system, we finally have our new setup installed and
running. This new system required that we change our personal
extensions from 2 digits to 3 digits. Please take a moment to update
your address book accordingly to ensure you can directly reach the
person who can best handle your requests. We also have recently added a
new salesman and customer service representative to our staff who both
will be happy to assist you with your orders and questions.

 Expanding our Borders
As Masterpiece Graphix grows and expands our services, we are excited
to welcome new interest and business from printers around the world.
Most recently, an order was placed by a label company located in Bressanone,
Italy. This customer had been in need of a particular digitally-treated
Fasson material, but had thus far had no luck in finding anyone who
could provide them with such a product. While other companies may offer
a limited selection of Indigo-ready materials, MGX's ability to coat
difficult and exotic products allowed us to provide our Italian
customer with the material they needed, ordered, coated, and delivered
to their door in less than 7 business days. Despite the considerable
shipping and international brokerage fees associated with the transport
of material from our St. Louis location to their facility, this
particular company felt that the superior quality of the product they
would be receiving would more than justify these costs. Expressed
interest and partnerships with new customers in Mexico and South
America continues to further our broadening reach.

At the end of June, Masterpiece Graphix will begin carrying uncoated
12" x 18" stock of the following products:

All material will be coated upon receipt of your order and
shipped promptly. Our new stocking program will eliminate the often
lengthy lead time previously experienced to account for incoming

 As first announced last December, Masterpiece Graphix uses
power produced by wind as our sole energy source in both our treatment
facility and office. Not only does this allow us to significantly
reduce our carbon output, but by adopting this renewable energy source
we are now able to provide our customers with materials that are more
environmentally-sound, something that, in turn, their customers can
appreciate. On an average yearly basis our role in this program allows us
to reduce carbon emissions by 108,796 pounds; equivalent to the
benefits provided by 11 acres of forest. For our continued
support and commitment to do all we can to reduce energy, MGX's wind

MGX Replenishment & Stocked Inventory Program

 A unique benefit that Masterpiece Graphix happily offers
to customers is our inventory stocking program. Especially convenient
to those who need their material without much forewarning, this program
allows you to keep your product stocked at our facility, either coated
for release upon request or uncoated with a turnaround time of just 3-5
business days.
For the many customers who ask that we both purchase and coat their
material, MGX's replenishment system will ensure your material is
reordered, always in stock, and ready when you need it. The terms
of both inventory programs were designed to be convenient to you and we
can easily design a schedule that best suits your needs.
MGX customers currently taking advantage of these programs have
tailored their release schedule to fit their company's needs. Many
prefer to have regular shipments sent out on specific day of the
week or month. Others establish reorder marks and when their
local inventory level reaches that mark, they release a shipment. We
want to work with you to provide the best custom option for your company,
